Payment and delivery

Payment is accepted via Paypal only. Sorry we do not take cheques or money orders. Paypal is safe and secure, and is one of UK’s leading on-line pay online systems. And you don’t need to have a Paypal account to make a payment!

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
Our last posting day for UK orders is Tuesday 20th December at 12pm to coincide with Royal Mails deadlines.

OUR SHOP CLOSING FOR CHRISTMAS
We will be shutting up shop from Wednesday 21st December until January 4th. So we won’t be posting out any orders between these dates. Any orders places after 12noon on Wednesday 21st will not be posted until January 4th 2012.

DELIVERY
We deliver to the UK, Europe and Worldwide.

UK SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days. We send everything 1st class (with the exception of Vintage items – see below). With public holidays, this may vary, in which case we would inform you of delivery time.

If you really need something asap please email us and we’ll do our best to get it out quickly. This will incur special delivery postage costs so please email us with your order rather than go through the check-out so we can send you a Paypal invoice.

SHIPPING ABROAD
Currently the UK post office only allows us to post up to 2kg to abroad. If your order is over 2kg the checkout will not work. If this is the case please email us your order and we will work out the delivery through a courier. We will then send you a Paypal invoice with the correct delivery amount on it. Once you pay this invoice we will send your package via the relevant courier service.

VINTAGE
We send all of our Vintage items by recorded delivery (requiring a signature) to keep them safe as we usually only have one of each item and they are not replaceable. This is why these items appear more expensive for P&P at the till. It may be good to add a work address if you will not be at home to receive the package otherwise they’ll be taken to your local sorting office for collection.
